I designed the official website for Pokémon Café—a new dining destination targeting both dedicated fans and general visitors. Launched whilst the physical café was still under construction, the website needed to build anticipation, communicate the café experience, and drive reservations through an integrated booking system.

The unique challenge lay in establishing the café's digital brand identity without access to finalised physical branding or comprehensive visual assets. Working with an art director, agency, and frontend developers, I determined the visual direction—interpreting the Pokémon universe through a hospitality lens, balancing playful character appeal with dining establishment sophistication whilst navigating strict external approvals and limited assets.

I delivered complete site design (homepage, menu, events, information pages) with fully responsive layouts. The website successfully established brand visibility ahead of opening, and client satisfaction with the result led directly to a follow-up commission: designing the Pokémon Sweets landing page for the café's takeaway service.
