I designed a comprehensive product management platform for supply chain industry clients struggling with disorganised compliance documentation. The platform addresses a critical operational challenge: managing extensive technical files and regulatory documents in an industry where structured systems are notably absent.

As the UI/UX designer, I architected the complete user experience—from information architecture and user flows through detailed screen design and a supporting design system. The platform's core functionality centres on AI-driven document processing: users upload technical files, the system extracts and converts data into structured, editable forms with full version history. I also designed integration with an external risk assessment module, creating a unified compliance workflow.

Working closely with the project manager and engineering team, I navigated complicated data structures and evolving requirements, delivering comprehensive workflows that clarified both user journeys and backend logic. The platform significantly accelerated client workflows and brought much-needed clarity to document management, transforming previously chaotic compliance tracking into a streamlined operation.
